1. Domiciliary Care

Huldra Recruitment offer bespoke person-centred domiciliary care which allows the individual to remain as independent as possible in their own homes.


By adopting a personal approach, and our commitment to the best quality care and support, our domiciliary services are wide ranging from domestic tasks, rehabilitation, social support, personal care to Dementia care and Palliative Care.

Huldra Recruitment can make the difference between existing on a day to day basis and making the best of what life has to offer. We work in partnership with individuals, Local Authorities, NHS Trusts and other healthcare professionals to ensure the care and support given meets all the needs of the individual.

Our highly trained staff team have knowledge and understanding of a broad range of conditions including Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Learning Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and Physical Disabilities and are experienced in helping individuals with the day to day challenges that thy face as a result.

Huldra Recruitment also recognises the difficulty people face coming to terms with a persons end of life. We are here to offer 24 hours specialist end of life care and support during this difficult time, making life more comfortable for everyone involved and supporting individuals and their families through this time

2. Supported Living

Our support structure can provide high quality care for individuals from Children to young people aged 16 to 25 and beyond, with learning disabilities, mental health issues including Challenging Behaviour, Down Syndrome and Autism Spectrum Disorder, young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
We believe that all people have the potential to find their own solutions and independence given the right support. Through the collaboration of the individuals being supported and an assigned Key Worker we can ensure that person-centred support plans are delivered, and positive outcomes are achieved.

When delivering this person centred support, we use the Outcomes Star Model. This is recognised by health and social care professionals and measures and supports change to enable the positive outcomes we strive for. These outcomes can be anything from building confidence, getting a job, maintaining independence or better management of certain behaviours.

3. Staff Cover

With our 24/7 telephone support line we are able to respond quickly to assist clients with their staffing needs from one shift to cover sickness to multiple shifts to cover staff shortages at any time of day.
In addition to this we are able to provide staff to cover long term shortages such as maternity leave. For continuity of care, as far as we can, we will provide the same member of staff each week.

We can provide staff to work in a number of services including Residential Care Homes, Nursing Homes, and Hospitals.

All our staff are fully vetted during the recruitment process and are all highly trained and hold an Enhanced DBS Certificate.

Our specialist staff team have a working knowledge and understanding of caring and supporting children with disabilities and their families.
By adopting a personal approach, and our commitment to the best quality care and support, we can provide support with day to day activities including washing, dressing, eating, support to get ready for school or college, support with social activities.
By working in partnership with other health professionals we can help to ensure that the support received by a child is of the highest quality and suitable to their needs.
